APPLICATIONS SUB99-02R4 / SP06-05R2 (Continued) (7:10, or upon completion of Item 2) Application by the Town of Shelburne on behalf of Ryan Talbott Farm Enterprises for Final Plan amendment to subdivide Lot 3 of the Bay Harbor Subdivision for the purpose of creating a community-owned and operated dog park. Property at 75 Harbor Road is located in the Conservation Zoning District. The Town of Shelburne also requests a Site Plan amendment to add a 12-space parking lot for the proposed dog park at 154 Turtle Lane which is located in the Residential Zoning District. 4. APPLICATION CU11-13 (7:15, or upon completion of Item 3) Application by Civil Engineering Associates on behalf of Susan Cooke Kittredge for Conditional Use approval of an erosion control structure. Property at 331 Beach Road is located in the Rural Zoning District and Lakeshore Conservation Overlay. 5. APPLICATION CU11-14 (7:30, or upon completion of Item 4) Application by Civil Engineering Associates on behalf of John and Amy Saar for Conditional Use approval of an erosion control structure. Property at 3735 Harbor Road is located in the Rural Zoning District and Lakeshore Conservation Overlay. 6. APPLICATION CU11-15 (7:45, or upon completion of Item 5) Application by Truex Cullins Architects on behalf of Scott & Terri McCreary for Conditional Use approval to modify an existing non-conforming home.
