March 2010Pierson Library Board of TrusteesMeeting MinutesMarch 9, 2010 I. Call to order Robert Dilts called the meeting to order at 5:03pm. II. Roll call The following board members were present: Robert Dilts, Carolyn Siccama, Michele O’Brien, Maxie Ewins. Library Director: Kip Roberson. III. Interview of Applicants for Trustees The Board spent most of the evening interviewing candidates for two open seats on the Board of Trustees. IV. Next Meeting Tuesday April 13, 2010 at 5:00pm Adjournment Meeting adjourned at 7:25pm. Maxie moved to end the meeting and Carolyn seconded the motion. Minutes submitted by: Carolyn Siccama
