Communications Personnel:

The SCC is staffed by six (6) full-time and six (6) part-time Emergency Communication Technicians (ECT’s), otherwise known as Call-taker/Dispatcher.  With a minimum of one (1) ECT on duty, service is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  During peak hours, typical between 07:00 am - 11:00 pm, or during special events, holidays and major incidents the staffing level is increased to handle the workload.
