Pursuant to 24 V.S.A., Sections 4444, the Shelburne Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 22, 2010, at 7:00 p.m., in Town Center Meeting Room 1, to consider amendments to the Town’s Zoning Bylaw:

 

Purpose:   The purpose of the proposed amendment is to authorize Public and General Aviation Use Airports and Airport PUDs in the Rural zoning district, establish review standards, and define terms.  

 

Geographic Area affected:  The area affected is the Rural zoning district within the Town of Shelburne.
