Over the last few months, the Planning Commission has been examining the need for changes to various sections of the Town Zoning Bylaw.  These changes are in addition to those addressed by the "Phase 1" and "Phase 2" zoning revisions.  The topics considered as part of this work, which is known as "Phase 2b". include: 

Other changes have been proposed as well.  The other changes to the bylaw would help insure that the Town's flood regulations are consistent with Federal requirements and allow local property owners to remain eligible for Federal Flood Insurance Programs. 

   

 

 

The Planning Commission will discuss the draft Phase 2b changes at a public meeting on Thursday, February 25, 2010. 

 

The Planning Commission has already conducted a public hearing on the regulation changes mentioned above. The hearing took place on Thursday, January 14, 2010. The Planning Commission has voted to forward the proposal to the Selectboard for its consideration.
