Shelburne Recreation’s 1st Annual
Lantern Walk
A parade with hand-made lanterns through the town in support of the Shelburne Food Shelf
 
Sponsored by Shelburne Parks and Recreation
and the Shelburne Art Center
 
Sunday, November 11
2:30-4:30  Lantern-making at the Shelburne Art Center on Harbor Rd.
4:45-5:15  Lantern Walk and Singing Procession through the town center
 
Cost: Donations to the Shelburne Food Shelf
 
If you are unable to participate, please consider giving generously to the food shelf at either the special Lantern Walk box at the Shelburne Country Store, or at the drop box that is always at the Shelburne Supermarket.
 
Please bring a glass jar - any size - for each lantern.
 
No pre-registration necessary.  Parents should stay and walk with their children.  For questions or more info., see article in the Shelburne News, or call the Recreation Department at 985-9551.
 

SHELBURNE’S ANNUAL TREE LIGHTING AND CAROL SINGING
 
Friday, Nov. 30th on the Village Green
6:00 PM Tree Lighting:   6:30 PM Santa Arrives
 
Hot beverages and refreshments will be served in the Town Hall.  Crafts for kids will be offered by the Pierson Library Staff.
 

 
WINTERFEST @ SHELBURNE FARMS
SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 2nd
12:00 - 3:00 PM
 
Come enjoy indoor and outdoor winter activities such as ice skating, sledding, sleigh rides, crafts, music and delicious food during this annual FREE, family-fun event!    Call for more information!
