Celebrating the Lake and Sacred Waters
Saturday, September 9th (rain date Sept. 16th) 
Time: 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Location: Shelburne Bay Park, Shelburne Registration: Space is limited and advance registration is required.

Join this fun day of community celebration and connection to our beloved Lake Champlain and the waters that feed her. 

You can begin with yoga offered on the shore of Shelburne Bay at 9 a.m., or simply arrive and sip your coffee and enjoy the view. We'll gather at 10 a.m. for an opening circle of introductions & invocations, followed by opportunities to try your hand at rowing a longboat, paddling a canoe up river, exploring nature trails, creating collective art and more.

Educational and sacred activities will be guided by faith leaders, field naturalists, educators, artists, and other talented souls. The celebration is free, open to the public, ages  5 and up. Children must attend with an adult.
Boats are provided-no private crafts please.
Participants are welcome to bring a picnic or purchase a tasty lunch on site.

Shelburne Firefighters Association Annual Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser
Join the Shelburne Firefighters for a delicious morning breakfast of mouth watering pancakes and support a great cause! We hope to see you there!

Times: 12:45 p.m. Floats line up at Shopping Park
2:00 p.m. Parade Begins on Falls Road Activities after Parade
2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Trick or Treating carnival games and Costume Contest at the Town Gymnasium (Bring a canned good donation for the Food Shelf and get a special Halloween prize!)
· Music and Free Food at the Fire Station
· Fun craft activity at the Pierson Library

Shelburne's Annual Tree Lighting & Carol Singing
Friday, December 1st on the Village Green
5:45 p.m
. Caroling
6:00 p.m. Tree Lighting followed by Santa’s arrival. After the tree lighting, kids can visit with Santa and enjoy hot beverages and refreshments in the Town Hall. A craft for kids will be offered by the Pierson Library Staff. Watch for the SD Ireland Truck of Lights and special sales and events at local businesses. Winterfest at Shelburne Farms
Date: Saturday, February 3, 2018
Time: 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Come enjoy indoor and outdoor winter activities such as sledding, sleigh rides, crafts, music and delicious food during this annual free, family-fun event! Call for more information!
Me & My Guy Valentine Dance
Date: Friday, February 16, 2018
Time: 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
For: Girls in K - 5th grades and their special adult guy (dad, uncle, grandfather, etc.)
Fee: $20 per couple, $5 per additional person
Location: Shelburne Town Gymnasium
Tickets will go on sale January 8, 2018.

100% of all donations go to support our series of special events for the current fiscal year. Some of these events include the Summer Concert Series, Winterfest, Safe Halloween and many more. If you have attended these events, you know how vital they are to a successful community, but we do need your help!
